Freediving is diving with one breath (without oxygen tanks) that everyone can enjoy!

We will start the morning at 8:30 am, Saint Julians Dive Center in Balluta Bay. We will get to know each other, discuss the basic rules of freediving, learn swimming, diving, pressure equalization, relaxation techniques and prepare the body (exercise, breathing, etc.).

Around 11 o’clock we will go to one of the popular diving spots in Malta (Blue Grotto, Cirkewwa, Anchor Bay or another). We will immerse ourselves in the wonderful underwater world, where there are sunken ships, abundant sea life, and we will practice the theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired in the morning. After the adventure, we will share our impressions and have a snack.

We will end the day around 4 pm at the diving center in Saint Julians Balluta bay.

The adventure is led by a professional sports coach with many years of work experience, a certified AIDA freediving instructor. The price includes all necessary equipment, transport, snacks.
