Freediving is an amazing activity where you dive on a single breath without oxygen tanks. It is an activity that gives you the opportunity not only to get to know the water and the sea, but also to get to know yourself better, to test your abilities, to have new experiences, and most importantly – to immerse yourself in a wonderful world of peace and learn to relax.
You can choose one of three AIDA courses depending on your diving experience – beginner or advanced (AIDA is the world’s largest freediving association).
This course is for beginners who have never tried freediving, or maybe even have a fear of water. During this course, you will learn what freediving is, get to know the water better, and learn more about human physical capabilities. After this course you will feel great in the water!

AIDA2 is a beginner’s course where you will learn freediving techniques, safety procedures, and basic theoretical and practical knowledge needed to enjoy freediving safely. After successful completion of this course, it is possible to continue the deepening of knowledge in the AIDA3 course.

Price: 295 EUR/person.
AIDA3 is an advanced course based on deepening the knowledge gained in the AIDA2 course. It is designed to cover the development of the necessary freediving skills and knowledge to enable the freediver to dive safely. The aim of the course is to develop the skills and knowledge needed to independently plan and participate in freediving activities with similar experienced freedivers.

Price: 385 EUR/person.
Upon successful completion of the course/s, AIDA certificates are issued. The certificate is valid worldwide.
Courses are conducted by a certified AIDA instructor. The price includes all the necessary equipment, transport, certificate.
